served with Lambs Leaf Salad Toasted Tomato Bread
with Lemon, Garlic and Chive Aioli

Creamy Tomato & Butternut Soup
garnished with Basil and watercress Pesto
served with a Warm Bread Roll


Roast Topside of Cumbrian Beef
glazed with a Natural Gravy, Yorkshire Pudding and
Horseradish Sauce

Grilled Cod Fillet
on a nest of Puy Lentils and Winter Vegetables
served with a creamy Potted Shrimp Sauce

Wild Mushroom, Leek and Aubergine Gateau
topped with Parmesan, served with a Pink Peppercorn Sauce
