Sail for Afternoon Tea 14.5.16

Sail for Afternoon Tea 14.5.16

Cruisers and dinghies set off from the club at lunchtime on Saturday, May 14, in bright sunshine and  light winds and made it to a bay near Kailpot Crag round the corner from Howtown and anchored up for the afternoon. The tea and cakes picnic lasted all afternoon and the picnickers – Derek and Val Cutting, Carl and Karen Hallam, Dave Boddy, Harry Patrick and Liz Amos, along with Maia, George, Annabel and Jess – were having such a good time they didn’t get back to the club until 8pm.

If you want to join them on the next leisure sail, it’s on Saturday, June 18, contact Carl  he’s already ordered the sunshine.

Go to the Gallery on this website to find an album of pictures from Saturday's tea party.
