CAMPING

UYC has a campsite within its grounds located not far behind the members club. We have a license that supports just about every saturday night during the sailing season with some fridays also included.  During open events these nights are extended to cover the full event. 

For members there is a small annual fee (20-40 GBP) added to their membership to provide use of the site at any licensed period throughout the year (Saturdays & Open event evenings etc). For visitors or members there is also a per night rate, again very reasnable.

The campsite has running water and rubbish bins on site, and obviously the Toilets, Changing rooms and Showers are about a minutes walk away in the club house.  Additional facilities like toilets are usually added nearer by the camp site during opens etc.  This is obviously the best accomodation as you have access to the social events running through the year at the club!

CAMPER VANS

The club is licensed for upto 12 camper vans, and a restricted number of nights a year (Mostly open events).  There is a per night fee to stay in them on site.  We reccommend you check the calender to see if it is a camper van weekend, and if it is a large open event it is also worth checking availability with the person organising the open event.
